Fidel Castro has resigned as Cuba's dictator, leading the way for his younger, less charismatic brother Raul to become president. Some think Raul will help Cuba on the economic side. Others say he'll impose stricter political rule. Either way, Cuba is still communist.
Does anyone else think Fidel is really dead? Will there be a party in Miami?
